Virtual Graduation 2024

Ceremony Application

At this year’s Graduation Ceremony on June 22, Seton will include any graduate who would like to participate virtually. The event will be live-streamed and will also be available to view after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Deadline extended: All submissions must be sent no later than May 15, 2024 to be included in the event.

 

Supply the name of the graduate. The name will appear in the graduation video exactly as it is typed here.

If the pronunciation of your name is not obvious (e.g. John Smith), please either write your name phonetically or give directions on how to pronounce your name. For example, "Saoirse is pronounced as Sur-sha."

Please supply the email address used in your Seton account.

Example: 123456.01. The student ID is required so that we can verify your enrollment status.

For United States graduates, please provide your city and state. For international graduates, please provide your city and country.

Graduates can have their photos featured within the graduation video. All photos will be cropped to show the face of the graduate, year-book style. Please upload a photo of the graduate that clearly shows the graduate's face.

By uploading your photograph, you consent to the photo being used in the graduation video.

Life after Seton

The questions in the box below are optional. Any answers may be included within the materials produced for the Virtual Graduation.

As you make your way as successful adults in the world, you will likely find that Seton's focus on the Catholic Faith, virtue, and academic excellence is a rare thing indeed. You will likely find that you have had a truly elite preparation to be a Catholic in today's world. Please join the Seton Alumni Association so that we can stay in touch with you and help you connect with other like-minded Seton graduates. There is no obligation and it is completely free.

If you are under 18, your parent must complete the permission form at this link. Please scan and upload the completed form here to complete your submission.

In order to register for the 2024 graduation, the student must meet these eligibility requirements: 1) Be a 12th grade Seton Home Study School student; 2) Be taking sufficient courses in 12th grade to meet graduation requirements; 3) Have earned at least 15 high school credits (any combination of Seton course credits, transfer credits, and independent study credits); 4) Have completed, or expect to complete, high school work in the 2024 calendar year; or completed high school on or after June 15, 2023; 5) Be current on any tuition or fees owed to Seton.

  1. Only students who have been/are enrolled in the Seton Home Study School program may submit to this website.  Please include your Seton Family number at the end of your submission as verification of your enrollment.
  2. Submissions without a Student number included will not be posted.
  3. Your Enrollment number will not be publicised. It is for our records only.

3. Content Submissions

  1. You must have the legal right and authority to accept these terms of submission.
  2. You are the owner of the material or content and/or have all the necessary rights, consents, and permissions required to submit the content.
  3. The content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  4. To the extent that the content identifies any individual (whether by name, picture or otherwise), you have obtained all consents and permission from those individuals.

4. Use of Material

  1. By submitting any content to this website, including text and images, you  are granting Seton Home Study School a non-revocable, non-exclusive, worldwide right to reproduce, modify, make derivative works of, display your submission on this website, optionally feature it in our print magazine or on any of our websites, and use the content in connection with this site, including (without limitation) for the purposes of promoting and redistributing part or all of the site in any media formats and through any media channel.
  2. Seton Home Study School reserves the right to edit material for the purposes of clarity or to stay within our content guidelines.
